Dates: Tuesdays, Feb. 23rd , March 2nd & March 9th.
Time: 8.00 p.m. - 10.00 p.m.
Facilitator: Derval Dunford. Derval has always had an interest in the mind-body connection. She studied Stress Management, Mindfulness and other complimentary approaches to ensuring her wellbeing. She has had some very difficult life experiences and in her journey of recovery from illness she has taken up the regular practice of Mindfulness, Meditation & Relaxation.
